Bloopy (a.k.a. Paul) is a Worms player from New Zealand who has become well known by making terrains and websites for Worms Reinforcements/United and particularly [[Worms Armageddon]]. In 2000-2001 he had a sub-site on his website hosted at Xoom/Nbci called ''Paul's Games Page''. This included a page for Worms Reinforcements/United which contained 10 or so self-authored terrains, as well as nearly 100 by other authors. Later, he began making terrains for Worms Armageddon and started ''Bloopy's Worms Page'' on his website hosted at Topcities. This was taken offline in 2005 to make way for a new version, which will appear sooner or later at his current site: [http://www.bloopy.org www.bloopy.org].
