Fixes
- Bugs/flaws introduced in v3.6.23.0
- The game refused to launch in Windows 9x, due to its use of AllowSetForegroundWindow().
- An unrecognised operating system language resulted in localised text being blank. It now defaults to English again.
- The new dark red used in the WormNET lobby was too dark.
