Classic or {{05}} is an intrinsic scheme that is very similar to Intermediate, with some differences. The notable ones are: Ninja Rope has 5 stars of power (unlimited shots per ammo), worms can be selected by pressing TAB key during the hot-seat time, there are x2 Baseball Bats, Special Weapon feature is disabled, there are x2 Homing Missiles, no utilities at the beginning (no Jet Pack, no LG, no Select Worms (as weapon), unlimited Kamikazes, x5 Blow Torches.
Worms begin with 100 HP, 60 seconds per turn, and 15 minutes before Sudden Death. Only weapon (10% of chance) and health (5% of chance, 25HP) crates may spawn. There are only mines with 3 seconds fuse time, that can be dud. If Sudden Death occurs, all worms drop to 1 health with medium water rising (20 pixels per turn). Super Weapons can be found in crates. All weapons, except rope, have 3 stars of power.
History
The scheme has been around as long as the game itself (Worms Armageddon was released in 1999), having been provided as part of the default schemes in the base game.
