This scheme is too new and do not has notability enough to be placed on this page. It shoud be moved to the Scheme ideas page. FoxHound 13:41, 7 July 2010 (UTC)

EDIT: Really nice idea, this scheme is great, should be put in New Ideas due to the 1HP and 1 worm per team. Exclusive characteristics, makes this scheme different of all the famous schemes. FoxHound 13:55, 7 July 2010 (UTC)
Done. --Explorer09 14:03, 7 July 2010 (UTC)
I think it is Conventional gameplay. There is no specific map and no rules. There is just a place where the worms should be put before the beginning of the match. FoxHound 14:15, 7 July 2010 (UTC)
If this is what you defined "conventional gameplay", then what about the weapon-specific schemes like Bow and Arrows and Holy War? --Explorer09 23:59, 7 July 2010 (UTC)
They would be "Conventional gameplay", but they use specific weapons, so they should be moved to this cathegory. It's right. They need specific maps, but they can be done in the map editor just like Mole Shopper. WfW need maps with sprites, maps that must be done using external programs like photoshop, paint. That's why it is in "Other schemes". Holy War and BnA could also be like Rope Race: it is in Roping and Racing cathegories. FoxHound 13:56, 8 July 2010 (UTC)

EDIT: Golf can also be done in the map editor but it's too specific map. The map is more complex, it's required more time to be done. And also maps in wmdb are much better for that. The same way as draw in the map editor a WxW map, it will not be good like the wmdb maps. Mole shopper: just fill the map. Holy War: just clear the map. Bna: just put a lot of pixels in the map. "so they should be moved to this cathegory" Which category? --Explorer09 16:10, 8 July 2010 (UTC)
"Weapon specific". Sorry. FoxHound 19:20, 8 July 2010 (UTC)

Scheme name (Chess? Sakk?)

It says that "Sakk" means "Chess" in Hungarian, so which one is preferred to call this scheme? I just want the scheme to have an official name from the author. --Explorer09 14:03, 7 July 2010 (UTC)

I agree with Explorer09. --FoxHound 20:48, 25 January 2012 (CET)
To avoid confusion with other schemes named chess (like Worms Chess) that indeed have to do with the real chess board game (not the case of this one), in my opinion this scheme should be called Sudden Chess. --FoxHound (talk) 21:53, 16 October 2022 (UTC)

My comment about this scheme

  • Needs improvement
  • Gameplay is way too Team17-like and is not yet unique
  • The round ends too quickly, especially in 1v1 games.
  • It's not enjoyable in WormNET, due to its multi-round gameplay. (but it is good if played locally)

more comments may be added --Explorer09 04:29, 9 July 2010 (UTC)

Unpopularity

I've tried hosting this in WormNET a few times, but not many people enjoy it. They leave after falling because they're worm died and don't play the next round, and some leave just after hearing the explanation. I like the scheme, but it doesn't really work in WormNET. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Omikron (talkcontribs) 11:42, 27 March 2011 (CEST)

This sounds like a problem with most obscure schemes (with non-trivial rules). You could try playing it with friends, or hosting a tournament at the next Worm Olympics. --Vladimir 13:43, 27 March 2011 (CEST)
