Beef Race is a scheme similar, but prior to the popularity of Darts. The idea of launching worms to a scoreboard is the same and both schemes use the rope. The difference is that what launches a worm is not only the rope, but cows too. The idea is to release many cows from a rope attached to a wall and then use the rope to reach the cows before they explode, positioning the worm on a good spot that will cause an explosion due to the impact of the cows. The worm will fly to the scoreboard and the winner will be the player who scores the most points after all the worms are used. Note that the main skill that the scheme explores in the player is his/her ability to concentrate as many cows as possible in one place and still position the worm in front of them to fly as far as possible.
Note that usually enabling TestStuff is recommended. Most of the available schemes use Low Gravity and the power of the cows is set to 15 (maximum). The turns of the schemes are long. Depending on the map, the scheme may differs, though. Note that the schemes available are untouched, so they are not updated to v3.8 features, some of them like phased worms may be useful to the schemes.

The scheme was invented by Cueshark, with the oldest WMDB map upload dating from 2009. However there is an earlier scheme + map upload from WoRmS.oRg.Ua (russian website) dating 6th May 2008.
The scheme uploaded for the oldest Beef Race map upload does not have Low Gravity and the power of the cows is standard (3).
