SoldOut Software releases of Worms 2 contain the European version of the game in its original version. Unique to these releases are SoldOut Software's ".Now" installer system and the fact that there is a "Patches" folder on the disc, containing two files:

  • Patch.exe (2.686.464 bytes, dated 15 January 2002)
  • W2P005_English.exe (8.620.032 bytes, dated 7 April 1998)
