Double Turn Time as a real weapon

(Up to Weapons (Worms Unlimited))

Double Turn Time can now be activated as a weapon, that can be chosen, ammo, etc. It will double the turn time for a turn. To use this weapon, it's not necessery anymore to search for a utility crate, unless if the player has zero ammo of this utility.
