Double Turn Time as a real weapon

(Up to Weapons (Worms Unlimited))

Double Turn Time could be activated as a weapon, that can be chosen: ammo, etc. It will double the turn time for a turn. To use this weapon, it would be not necessery anymore to search for a utility crate, unless if the player has zero ammo of this utility.
