Mine Drop is a scheme in which players fly across the map with TestStuff from a wall, then drop mines in the air into tubes to score points. The player with more points will be the winner (after all 8 worms of each player have been used). The original map requires that the worms touch a wall at the opposite side to consider the points valid.

There is a variation of Mine Drop called "MineDropper" (by Gnork, not to be confused with the scheme of the same name by Simpsons which is older than Mine Drop). The difference is that the winner is determined by the score after 10 minutes of round time, the worms don't need to touch another wall to valid the points and worms that already scored can be used again to try a better score. The scheme provided uses RubberWorm features such as Antisink and Improved Rope, but still needs that the host type /TS command. Note that this scheme variation works well with the original Mine Drop map which doesn't have a scheme attached.
History
Mine Drop was invented by Cueshark with the release of the first map on 9th March 2009. Months later, Gnork released 3 maps and a scheme called "MineDropper" with the same concept of dropping mines in the air to score points, but with some small differences. Note that a different (but relatively similar) scheme with the same name (MineDropper) was released before Mine Drop, in 25th November 2007 by Simpsons.
