Your worm drops a suspicious looking package of something, that colored into color of your team. You can rather skip your turn, or press space to detonate it with the power of a mine. But if you skip your turn, it'll stay on the ground.
You can drop multiple C4s and then detonate them all at the same time. But! To do that, you need to have at least one more C4. They also can explode after being hitted with an another explode that is powerful enough (such as Dynamite one])).
It could be used for various purposes. You can drop C4s in multiple map parts, and then detonate them, injuring many worms. Or drop them all in the same place, to create one big explosion. Or simply use it as an alternative to Mine.
Some new code would be required for it. Staying on the ground after your turn ends is not very new and hard, but ability to detonate them after that, and moreover, detonating multiple C4s are something new. Plus C4s with different colors should be detonated only by teams with same colors. You also could use some Oil Drum code for exploding after taking damage, but it would require some modification to explode only after high enough damage, but not every.
