Worms World Party Aqua was a South Korean second generation Worms variation, developed by Mgame. After licensing the source code from Team17, they modified the game to require a constant server connection and account to start it, and changed most aspects of the schemes, maps, and user interface.
It is their successor to Online Worms, released on 1 June, 2003. Game play is now closer to Worms World Party than Worms 2. The user interface has been completely rewritten to be handled in an object oriented way instead of one single method.
The servers were shut down on 28 November, 2006.
