- This article is a work-in-progress. This is intended to compliment the Emulating Worms DC page, as it contains updated information for the latest version of the Amiga Forever system.
If you have a copy of the 2012 edition of Amiga Forever (Plus or Premium), you might not be able to access WinUAE directly. Not all is lost, though! Worms DC can easily be installed onto a hard drive and made to run using the RP9 system.
Setup
In order to make sure that Worms DC runs correctly, you need to set the correct settings, otherwise, you may end up with a blank, coloured screen, forcing you to restart the emulator. To avoid this:
- In the "System" section, Make sure that:
"Model" is set to "Amiga 4000" "ROM" is set to "Amiga 3.0" "CPU" is set to "68040"
- In the "Memory" section, push all available memory values to maximum, just to be on the safe side.
