- This weapon doesn't make sense. The combination of Shotgun and Laser Sight could achieve the same effect.
- The 45hp damage per shot is simply too high. You can kill a 90hp worm with the Sniper just in one turn! (comparing with Bazooka, which take two turns.) My personal opinion is that I shouldn't tell the damage or power of a conceptual weapon until the balancing issue is concerned. Here, I don't think so.

- The Shotgun+Laser Sight still has limited range. As the Sniper has infinite range. You made a good point on the damage though.
