Attempt number, please
I found that in some records there're weapons available only in latter attempts.
e.g. In "Chateau Assassin", both record holders are using the Low Gravity, which is available in 5th attempt(showing number 4 on the screen), to complete the mission.
I suggest adding the number of attempts to this table for the reason above. --Explorer09 02:22, 18 July 2009 (UTC)
I will add this information to Export Log at some point. This would require comparing the mission data in the replay with the loaded mission script, which should be done anyway to authenticate that a mission replay hasn't been done with a modified script. —Deadcode 09:13, 18 July 2009 (UTC)
"Compared to tool-assisted" column
Lex, could you please explain why you removed this column? Explorer09 12:37, 3 November 2009 (UTC)
- I asked the same thing on IRC:
(20:28:24) [CyberShadow] Lex: why did you remove the column? it has some useful explanations in some rows (20:28:44) [Lex] it's irrelevant and distracting (20:28:56) [Lex] could move the explanations to the comment section (20:28:59) [Lex] if they're that useful (20:29:08) [Lex] column* (20:29:23) [Lex] the explanations are generally just for the comparison column itself (20:29:28) [CyberShadow] I don't think it's irrelevant nor distracting (20:31:57) [Lex] it's irrelevant because the TAS have nothing to do with the unassisted records of the same missions. it's almost insulting to TAS-makers to try to say that their videos were only made to compare to the unassisted versions. David and i have agreed on that for years and have been wanting to remove that column ever since we started working on true TAS of the missions. (20:32:56) [CyberShadow] if you say so

This replay is unassisted?

- This replay seems to be tool-assisted (from my observation). CyberShadow, are you sure you put this in the right table cell? --Explorer09 19:46, 1 October 2010 (CEST)
- Or is it me? Does W:A record the hot-seat time in these replays? --Explorer09 20:02, 1 October 2010 (CEST)
- Tool-assist replays have to be decrypted by us in order to be playable by everyone else, so the only chance for error is if I had accidentally uploaded a decrypted replay. But it doesn't seem to be the case.
I'llWe'll have a closer look at the replay today. --Vladimir 20:44, 1 October 2010 (CEST) - Upon closer inspection, the replay looks fine. My guess is that Mr.Bad held down the corresponding keys at the start of his turn. --Vladimir 03:46, 2 October 2010 (CEST)
