The very name of this program says that it's a scheme editor. It allows you to modify game options, weapon settings. Like Jiggerman's and Ser's Worms World Party Scheme Editor, it is possible to customize laser sight, fast walk, invisibility and more other. You can also upload your own schemes, edit and save them.
