This page quickly shows how are most of the Max. Damage levels (same as Explosion Radiuses) calculated for certain weapon power levels. And also the Petrol Bomb flamelets.

Note: this doesn't apply to Holy Hand Grenade.

N = normal max damage (exp. radius).

If the dividing/multiplying result isn't integer, it is rounded down.
