Differences from Worms Armageddon

This section is incomplete. You can help by expanding it.

  • Basic controller support has been added.
  • The game resolution is fixed to 1280x720 on Switch, and 1920x1080 on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series S|X.
  • The health crate has been changed to green instead of red, as has any instance of the Red Cross in maps and terrains (e.g. the "Hospital" terrain).
  • The Game Boy Color version of Worms Armageddon is available as a bonus.
    • Digital Eclipse and Team17 have announced an update for early 2025 which will additionally add the SNES and MegaDrive/Genesis versions of Worms, as well as the Game Boy Advance version of Worms World Party.
  • A Worms Museum is added which provides behind the scenes material including videos, artwork, boxart, design documents, and other development assets.
  • Does not include any content from v3.8 and later PC Updates.
  • The frontend has been completely redesigned. As a result, the UI for the in-game scheme editor is completely revamped:
    • Saved schemes are saved under the Scheme -> Settings -> Scheme.
    • Scheme options have an "Options" section for: Time, Game, Objects, Crates, Weapon, Cheats.
    • Editing weapons in the in-game scheme editor is changed to a scrollable menu with columns for the weapon type, ammo amount, time delay, power, and crate rate.
