Even when CodePlex shuts down, downloads and projects will still be available
There's no need to upload programs hosted on CodePlex anywhere else. When CodePlex shuts down, the projects will still be accessible as they were before, it will just not be possible to make changes to the repository anymore. Please read the article linked in the CodePlex header:
