v3.6.23.1 Beta Update (2005.03.23)

Fixes

  • Bugs/flaws introduced in v3.6.23.0
    • The game refused to launch in Windows 9x, due to its use of AllowSetForegroundWindow().
    • An unrecognised operating system language resulted in localised text being blank. It now defaults to English again.
    • The new dark red used in the WormNET lobby was too dark.
