AVISynth + MeGUI

I've been told to add instructions for encoding the final movie using AVISynth + MeGUI's One Click feature. Since I've got no experience on MeGUI (and it doesn't seem to properly work out-of-the-box), this will have to wait until I understand how to configure MeGUI, as long as it doesn't take too many steps, or until someone else better informed does it.
