The Scales of Justice can be very benefical, or very harmful to yourself. This super weapon will balance the total worm health of all teams. Each team will now have equal amounts of total worm health, and each of their teammates have equal health, with some borderline exceptions.
Let's say team A has 4 worms, with a total of 400 health together, while team B has 2 worms with a total of 200 health. If any worm uses the Scales of Justice, the total health will be equal for all teams. In this case, the total health of all teams is 600, which gives causes each team to have 300 in total team health. For team B, this is an improvement, for team A, it's a loss. This means that team A has lost 100 health points while team B has earned 100 health points.

- Use this when your worms are weak, and the enemy is strong.

Additional details
If the total amount of health across all worms is an odd number, or simply isn't divisible by the number of worms, the total health distribution does not split evenly among all worms. It is not certain how and where exactly the health is distributed. Regardless, Scales of Justice will always round down health in these scenarios. Worms can be reduced to 0 HP by Scales of Justice, killing them.

- After the Scales of Justice's sound effect (rumbling gong + "mwah-ha!" laugh) is finished, a soundbank voiceline related to worm damage will play.
