The very name of this program says that it's a scheme editor. It allows you to modify game options, weapon settings. Unlike Jiggerman's and Ser's Worms World Party Scheme Editor, it is possible to customize laser sight, fast walk and invisibility in this one. You can also upload your own schemes, edit and save them.
