Usage

| screensize = size of the screenshot (default: 200px width)
| caption = caption text of the screenshot (default: "{{{name}}} screenshot")
| creator (2) = website maker/creator
| date (3) = creation date
| launch = date of launch (as a substitute for {{{date}}})
| link (4) = URL (like http://example.com/)
| label1 = custom label (without the colon)
| data1 = custom data (displayed after label1)

Note
