Usage

| screenshot (1) = file.png
| screensize = size of the screenshot (default: 250px width)
| caption = caption text of the screenshot (default: "{{{name}}} screenshot")
| creator (2) = website maker/creator
| date (3) = creation date
| link (4) = URL (like http://example.com/)
| forum = forum package/engine
