Zombified is a worm state where the infected worm becomes lifeless and somewhat unpredictable. This state is caused by an enemy worm using a Life Remover on another worm. The zombified worm will appear as a more grey, blankly-staring worm with no expression whatsoever as well as having their name tag flash white. They will also occasionally make ominous moaning sounds. Worms in this state have their control stripped away from the player, as if a CPU is taking the turn, in which it will blindly use a weapon which may or may not end successfully. Note that health loss of a zombified worm is reduced by 40%, making it harder to kill.
