Yes thats right, BulletTime in Worms! Could make some interesting escapes and the like, depending on how its used. Either way, its 'Worm take out the weapon' animation should have said worm put on Black Shades.
This utility would throw the player into mid-turn slow motion (like in replays), and thus would allow much more time to think when say, roping through a maze. This utility would not include any aiming guides, thus making players still require some form of skill in order to utilize properly. Most likely the only way to implement it in WormNET would be to throw all players into slowmo rather then just the user of the weapon, however this may cause annoyances.
This is a great addition for all Matrix Fans. Maybe a good idea, maybe a bad. Your choice. :P
