Eh, if only that Oil Drum were close to that Worms. Or that Mine. Or crate. So, why do not move them with Telekinesis?
After using it, your worm's head starts to glow green, and around it appears green circle, showing radius of your powers. You only need to clock at any object (exluding worms, for obvious reason) and move it!
While doing that, you cannot move. Once you move, you will lost your telekinetic power, but your turn will continued.
There's many uses of that utility. Moving drums, collecting crates, creating and removing minefields! It's also the only way to move Statue, besides Earthquake, so if someone else blocked you with it on indestructible map, there's a way to go out without teleporting.
Programming would require new code, because there's no similar weapons or utilities, but I don't think that moving objects would be very hard to implement.
