Worms Armageddon Randomizer (WA:R) is a simple program that generates a randomized scheme for Worms Armageddon. It was released by Evz on the 31st March 2005 and requires the .NET framework to run.
It was previously hosted on www.moonshine.org (archived page), which is now no longer available and first mentioned in this thread on the Team17 forum.
The program will give every scheme setting a random value, including power settings that are only accessible with external editors.
Although certain controls have been requested, there is no indication that the creator is still working on the program.
Alternatives
Worms Armageddon Randomizer is one of only three such programs. SchemeEddy is also capable of generating random schemes, and like WA:R, provides no control over the nature of the random schemes that are generated. Another Random Scheme Editor also produces random schemes and provides some limited controls, but only generates Hysteria schemes.
