Online Worms was a South Korean second generation Worms variation, developed by Mgame under their former name Wizgate. After licensing the source code from Team17, they modified the game to require a constant server connection and account to start it, and changed most aspects of the schemes, maps, and user interface.
The servers have been shut down in 2003, and the game was replaced by Worms World Party Aqua.
