We could create a list like:

:I definitely do not agree with this. Maybe a list with no animations or replays whatsoever - or maybe just one replay, that would provide an example on several tricks in one, just for the sake of, well, showing an example -, but history about the individual tricks, categorization, alternate names that are used or were used, etc. And then on the bottom of the article, a list of links to sites that actually show these tricks. While this site is to provide information about stuff, I don't think it is meant to teach roping tricks to people, more like, if anything, show them that they are not just taps and swings and fancy names, but things that have past, things that have stories.

:Then again, a list like this would have to be really detailed, something that will need the assistance of oldskool ropers. [[User:Balee|Balee]] 11:27, 28 December 2009 (UTC)

:hmmm... I agree with you on some points. A help of a good roper that knows all the rope tricks is necessery. Preference for old school ropers of course. I liked the idea about just putting the pages of the sites with rope tricks information. But i think this should be temporary while a good roper and WKB's editor doesn't appear. A think one replay with all the tricks is not a good idea. I think that if we begin this page we could only put all the trick names and links to good rope tricks sites. After when a good roper appear here it could help putting descriptions and if GIF animation if the majority here agree. [[User:FoxHound|FoxHound]] 14:43, 28 December 2009 (UTC)

Rope Tricks

In my opinion, we should create a page for all the existing Rope tricks, with GIF animations and explanation about them. Some sites already have a lot of tricks with GIF animations. So why not do this in a knowledge page of Worms? We could create a list like:

  • Shadow
  • Warlock
  • Spike
  • Pinball
  • Fly

I definitely do not agree with this.
Then again, a list like this would have to be really detailed, something that will need the assistance of oldskool ropers. Balee 11:27, 28 December 2009 (UTC)
