Bloopy (a.k.a. Paul) is a Worms player from New Zealand who has become well known by making terrains and websites for Worms Reinforcements/United and particularly Worms Armageddon. In 2000-2001 he had a sub-site on his website hosted at Xoom/Nbci called Paul's Games Page. This included a page for Worms Reinforcements/United which contained 10 or so self-authored terrains, as well as nearly 100 by other authors. Later, he began making terrains for Worms Armageddon and started Bloopy's Worms Page on his website hosted at Topcities. This was taken offline in 2005 to make way for a new version, which will appear sooner or later at his current site: www.bloopy.org.

One of Bloopy's favourite hobbies is programming. He has coded a few programs related to Worms, including:

  • WAgame.chat - A program which reads a W:A replay file and displays the chat messages from the game.
  • Worms Autogaming - A program released as a screen saver that can select W:A replays randomly or in sequence and launch them one after the other.
