The latest version of Worms Armageddon is 3.8.1, released on 23 December 2020. You can check your current version by placing the mouse cursor over the "Worms Armageddon" logo in the main menu, and checking the text at the bottom.
Obtaining the latest version depends on your edition (the format in which you purchased WA):
CD
All updates for the CD edition of the game are listed and downloadable from the updates page.
Steam
Updates for the Steam edition are distributed through the Steam client and should be applied automatically.
GOG
There are two ways to update your game:
- Install and run the GOG Galaxy software. This will automatically download and install updates for your game when they become available. This method only downloads the update files and will usually be a few days ahead of standalone game installers.
- Log into GOG.com with an account that owns the game, then download the full game installer. This will install WA together with the latest update. Please note that it may take a few days for the installer to update when a new update comes out.
