Installing

NOTE: In Windows 2000/XP or later, do not attempt to run WA after installing it. You may need to update it first. Attempting to run WA before updating it may prevent it from running at all, and you will need to uninstall and re-install WA again.

Original CD

  1. Insert the WA CD into the CD-ROM drive and wait a moment for the Autorun window.
  2. Follow the instructions to install WA.

If the Autorun window does not appear,

  1. Double-click on "My Computer", right-click on the the drive containing the WA CD, select "Explore".
  2. Open the "Install" folder, and double-click on "Install.exe".
  3. Follow the instructions to install WA.

Sold-Out Software

  1. Insert the WA CD into the CD-ROM drive and wait a moment for the Autorun window.
  2. Select "Install" from the left-hand menu and then click "Install" in the lower right-hand corner.
  3. A window will appear asking if you want help with the installation. Click "No" - you won't need it.

If the Autorun window does not appear,

  1. Double-click on "My Computer", right-click on the the drive containing the WA CD, select "Explore".
  2. Double-click on "Setup.Now.exe".
  3. Follow the above instructions to install WA.

Patching and Updating

NOTE: The Sold-Out installation setup will insist that you install the v3.5 Beta 2 update[verification needed] before you run the game. Click "No" because it's not needed here (unless you want to play the old version).

To update to the latest version, click here to download the update installer wizard. Run the wizard.
