Worms Armageddon is available on GOG.com as of October 6, 2016. This release is based on the Steam release of the game, with few differences. It also does not require the CD to run.

According to StepS' post on GOG.com forums, the release was apparently made by merely copy-pasting the files from the Steam version (including dummies of steam.dat and steam_api.dll, curiously) and nulling all but one strings referring to Steam. Many WormKit modules have been reported to be incompatible at release, though SuperFrontendHD was updated to suit the GOG.com release.
