The Chute flare is, basically, a trick which involves rapid toggling the parachute on and off during a fall. It is usually done with the help of companion or macro programs, such as [[Silkworm]] or the [[Constipated Silkworm]]. This results in the illusion that the worm is falling, however without ever reaching the critical acceleration at which control is lost and the worm would receive fall damage.
